~Autumn Blessings~

Autumn Blessing header

Autumn has always been my favorite time of year.  I like to snuggle up with a cup of coffee and a good book.  I like the sound the leaves make when you stomp on them.  I like the crisp mornings and the amazing sunrises that come with them.

This year I have a very special reason for loving Autumn.  Four days ago, my oldest son and his wife brought a new granddaughter into our world.  We had our first granddaughter just over 9 months ago, so we are so abundantly blessed.

This is made with the new Autumn Blessings stamp set from The Stamp Simply Ribbon store.  I just love the sentiments so very much!  There is a die set that goes with is…..

I don’t think this could be more simple.  The squares are all cut the same and just offset from each other.  Gives the appearance of matting, without actually … well, matting!

This is a beautiful Autumn card, such a simple design, but very striking! I love the warm, fall colors and the wheat stamp, so pretty! What a fun technique to off-set the images, looking forward to trying this card layout! Thanks for sharing such beautiful work with us!
