Fairie Dust 6

So, a couple months ago I saw a video preview of these amazing dies.  I mean AMAZING (paper grace), from Spellbinders.  I knew I had to have them.  Then, this past week I received these Graphic 45 Fairie Dust papers.  It was kismet.  Or at least I thought.

The papers are luscious.  In fact, they were pure Fairie Dust.  So I went to work on this little “shadow box”.

The layered box (Grand Cabinet) was pretty straight forward in construction.  In fact, you only need four 1/8″ strips of double sided tape to hold it together.

I added a secret element, a tiny battery operated tea light…

I’m going to say that photographing this project was the most challenging part.  The above photo was photographed in normal high light.  Not bad, but I feel the colors could be better.

I did this one in low lighting.  It’s a little more representative of the colors (so many)!

Then I went lights out…
