~When All Else Fails…~
December 29th, 2016 by Holly McMillen
On December 23rd, my dear Granny transitioned into her heavenly body. She was just about 2 months past her 100th birthday. While we are saddened a bit because she’s gone, we are rejoicing in the fact that she is where she has wanted to be. During her last couple of weeks, she expressed the desire to “see my daddy”. It’s a really different kind of grieving when the deceased is over 100 years old.
So, we are talking about her a lot. We’re laughing. We’re crying. And, we’re smiling. My card today is to honor her.

So, I’m smiling. I’m smiling because Granny’s faith was so great that I KNOW she is resting in her Savior’s arms. We’ll see her again someday.
Thanks for stopping by!
