~Proverbs 16:20 ~ Trifold Painted Butterflies~
May 16th, 2016 by Holly McMillen
I don’t know if I mentioned this before, but my husband and I fully intend to build and live in a tiny house when he retires. We have so many ideas. Our boys are so into the idea that they, too, want to live the tiny house way. I bring this up now because I spent a great deal of time in the studio this morning putting things in my new rolling cabinet (made with love by my hubby!). After I loaded that cabinet up, I looked around and thought to myself… how am I ever going to pare this down enough for a tiny house?!
This is a trifold card. You need two pieces of cardstock. First cut a piece 5 1/2 x 6 1/2. Score along the landscape side at 2 1/4″ and 2 5/8″. Cut the second piece at 5 1/2″ x 5 1/4″. Score along the landscape at 3 1/4″. Adhere the second piece to the inside of the first piece. Decorate
I used:
Altenew Painted Butterflies
Websters Pages
SSCS Blessings / Beatitudes 1
Seam Binding Danish Blue
Memento Inks: Danube, Cantelope, Tangelo, Tuxedo Black
Kaisercraft dark blue rhinestones

This is such a stunning card, I LOVE everything about it. TFS.
I love this! Where do you attach the two pieces? I’d like to try it!
