I started this day a bit depressed. I hit the studio early so I could block out all the negativity in my life and just do something positive. The situation that got me depressed doesn’t even involve me! But the thing is, I get a ache in my heart every time I see/read/hear about a person putting another person down. And it’s rampant among women. Women who put other women down send me into a tailspin.

Just know this. If you’re a female or male or whatever, I will never put you down. My purpose in life is to lift up. It’s so much more rewarding.
