Good day, ya’ll!

I was thinking this morning as I was getting creative that I have grown in a good way.   Not too many years ago, putting a sticker on a card would have horrified me.   Back then they were flat and unappealing.   Then digi images came along and I poo poo’d that idea.  I mean, I got into stamping to use stamps right?

Then one day I saw a digi image that I fell in love with and I obtained it and used it and was quite pleased at the result.  I still haven’t don’t a lot with digi images, but I’m no longer “against” them.

Well, just recently I received these gorgeous butterfly stickers from Sharon at Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.   They are part of the Pink Paislee Butterfly Garden collection.   These butterflies are absolutely magnificent!  I am now looking at “stickers” in a whole new light.

This is what I made for today’s Color Challenge over on SCS:

I am totally in love with this new Pink Paislee series!  Using two of the patterns from the pack, I turned the bottom piece down at a slant on one side to reveal the gorgeous pattern on the back.   It amazingly has the perfect colors for today’s challenge!

Here’s a close up:

Now for the deets:

Stamps:  Pink Paislee Butterfly Garden impressions, JustRite Happy Everything Mini Tag kit

Colors: GP White, Certainly Celery, So Saffron,  Webster’s Pages dp

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black

Accessories: 7/8″ celery grosgrain ribbon, 1/2 pearls, MS Branch punch, Circle nesties, dimensionals, sticky tape, Fairy Tale  roses,  Pink Paislee Butterfly Garden clear pop dimensional stickers
