Welcome, Friends!

Today is the day!  The November Stamp Simply Ribbon Store hop!  If you’ve arrived here from Linda Duke’s blog, then you are in the right spot!  One lucky hopper is going to win this fabulous prize:

Isn’t that yummy?!   I’ll tell you in a minute how you can get a chance at it!

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

For my project, I did a box set that is soooooo easy!  The cards are pretty CAS for me….

I used the luscious Graphic 45 Christmas Past designer papers on each card.

Instead of putting the image on the card and the sentiment on the tag (as most do), I swapped it.   I used the gorgeous Church image from the new JustRite Simple Blessings set.

Each church is treated with white puff paint (snow).

Each card has a different sentiment from the set embossed in red on the vanilla overlay.

Here are my deets:

Stamps:  JustRite Stampers Cling set Simple Blessings, JustRite Stampers’ Christmas Nested Sentiments

Colors: Cherry Cobbler, Handsome Hunter, Very Vanilla, Graphic 45 Christmas Past designer Paper, acetate

Ink: Versafine Black Onyx, Versamark, copics,

Accessories: 1/2″ Wrinkled ribbon (moss), ivory 1/2 pearls, red 1/2 pearls,  Oval nestabilities, fleur de lis border punch, snowflake punch, gold embossing powder, red embossing powder, white puff paint, icicles stickles, bow easy, hole punch,  sticky tape, gold cording, dimensionals, scalloped oval punch (large)

  68. on 03 Nov 2010 at 01:33Gail Schoolcraft

Holly, What a great project! Really liked the switch of the image from the main card to the tag! At first, I thought they were different churches, but I see where it was just positioned a slight bit differently each time and some of the flower soft was applied a bit differently. It made each of them appear unique and not the same! Thanks for sharing your project!
