happy-birthday-cupcake.jpg   Happy Happy Joy Joy!

Yesterday, my aunt and I were discussing the number of birthdays we (family) have in November.   There are 7 birthdays this month!  That doesn’t even take in to consideration all my friends who have birthdays this month.

Needless to say, I am going to be a busy girl getting all the cards made.   So, when I saw the LSC this morning (thanks Jeanne!), I decided to use that as an opportunity to get one done.    Our challenge was to use a square and a circle in our design with only ribbon as an embellishment.  We were allowed to use embossing folders… thank GOD!

This one will be for my aunt Denise.   She is married to my mom’s youngest brother and is younger than I am!   Her birthday is the 14th.   I need a new calendar to keep track of them all 🙂

On a personal note, it is getting quite cold here in Colorado, but we have yet to see any snow.   I am not inviting the snow, but I do wish we at least have a white Christmas! 🙂   Don’t you just love a white Christmas?

Here are the deets on  today’s card:

Stamps:  Cupcake set by Inkadinkadoo

Colors:  Basic Black, Pretty in Pink, GP White

Ink: Brilliance Graphite Black, copics, white gel pen, black sharpie

Accessories: ribbon,  scalloped punches, oval punches, Birthday EF, scissors, dimensionals

TFL and have a blessed day!

Fun card. Love how you filled in the birthday word on the EF.

Your November sounds like our September. Glad you have one card done now 🙂

    Have a great day.

    Hi Holly,

I so envy you being in colorful Colorado! My DH is from there and we haven’t been out there for a visit in years. I did love it tho and would happily move there if we could. The mountains are spectacular and the air smells so sweet!!! Love your card BTW!!!

I love this Holly!! How can anyone not love pink cupcakes?????? As for white Christmas — I’ve never had one, likely never will since Christmas is in the Summer here in Australia! Actually I’ve never, ever seen snow — doesn’t even snow in the winter here. 🙂

Holly, I just LOVE all your cards. You are so talented!
I just bought this “cupcake” set, but you really show me that I am so glad to have a computer where I can see just how even more cute this set can be.
    Thank you.
