~ Merry Christmas ~
December 16th, 2010 by Holly McMillen
Hello, all 🙂
I can’t even begin to tell you how much I’ve missed my creative time. Over the last two months, so much has happened that has kept me from doing what I love. I’ll spare you the ugly details. Just want to get back to some kind of normal.
I’m going to share a few things I’ve made and never posted, first. There are eight stamping days left before Christmas and I still have at least 12 – 15 cards to make. Eek!

The first three shown here are made with computer generated images only.

I call these the church twins. Made with JustRite Stampers new cling stamps (Simple Blessings) from Stamp Simply Ribbon Store , these simple Christmas cards are slightly larger than normal, measuring 6″ x 4 1/4″.
I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but the new invitation envelopes that Wal*Mart carries are 6 1/2 x 4 3/4″… that gives extra room if you want to make these slightly larger cards. I just used a piece of 12 x 12″ white cardstock (cut to 12 x 4 1/4″) for the base.

This is a birthday card I made for my Mother in Law back in early November. I used the cherry blossoms from There She Goes The Journey and paired it with this sentiment from There She Goes Dream a Dream.

Made with There She Goes newest release, Just for You. I am smitten with this plaid paper! Yum!!

I used this week’s sketch challenge to base this old fashioned Santa card. Made with the newest release from There She Goes, Season’s Greeting, this was a quick and easy card to make (and no ribbon! EEK!!)

Well, thanks for stopping by today. I’m hoping to get a more regular stamping schedule again.
Hugs!
