It’s the 10th of February and I already feel like the year is zooming by.  In some ways, it’s good.  We have another granddaughter due in late July.  One of my four sons and his wife are moving back to Colorado in mid-April (yay!!).  There will be weddings (2) in the fall.  Lots of crafting to do for these occasions.  Twist my arm.

Before too much planning and crafting, I need a serious overhaul of my studio.  The walls are closing in on me.  We live in a 2 bd/2 ba apartment.  One bedroom is my studio.  I jokingly ask my hubby if he can bump a wall out.  I don’t think he finds me funny at all. 🙂

This week I’m going for an Easter/Other Occasion card.  I love Easter cards.  It’s my favorite holiday!

This is proof that I can find inspiration from just about anything.  The “sketch” I used is the arrangement of items on our TV wall.  The strip down the side is our tall lamp that sits next to our TV (represented by the text piece.  The circle above is my huge wall clock.

I used:

Stamp Simply Clear Stamps – Thank you for caring Coneflower

Stamp Simply Steel Die – Coneflower
Stamp Simply Clear Stamps – Grace

Echo Park 6 x 6 – Forward with Faith

Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink

Baker’s Twine – light teal/white
My Mind’s Eye – Necessities – Teals

1/4″ ScorTape
Thermaweb 3D 1/4″ foam squares
