~ Cheery Red Snowflake ~
October 17th, 2016 by Holly McMillen
Wrapping up the Stamp Simply Ribbon store’s 12 days of Christmas.. Definitely not the last of my Christmas cards, though! And why not make a cheery (not cherry) red snowlake card!?!
Simple is getting easier for me, but I still find it to be challenging to NOT add extra layers, embellishments and whatnot. As I often say, the die cut made the card.

I used:
Stamp Simply Clear Stamps – Christmas Blessings
Carta Bella Merry Christmas Gold Foil 12×12
Spellbinders Create A Flake Six
1.25″ Silk Ribbon by May Arts – Burgandy
Rhinestones – Red
Memento Dew Drop Dye Ink 4 Pack – Arizona Canyon (Rhubarb Stalk)
1/4 Inch Scor-Tape
Thermoweb 3D Foam Squares – 1/4″ White
Other:
Vanilla Cardstock
Corner rounder punch

Ok, now let’s do the fun stuff! I have blog candy! Comment on either of my 12 day of Christmas cards to be eligible for the drawing. I will draw a random name (via random.org) on Sunday October 23rd at 6pm MDT. The winner will be able to choose ONE of the three new releases show here.

Good luck to all and thanks for stopping by!

Holly, this is beautiful. I love the crispness, the metallic going, and the traditional color scheme, even with the red snowflake!
The red snowflake and the foil paper in the background are real eye catchers. Very pretty.
Very pretty and cheery–I like the addition of the rhinestones.
Lovely card! I do like snow flakes! I can see myself making a version of your card for Christmas! Thanks for sharing!

Love the layering and pretty papers! The snowflake die is gorgeous! Lovely card!
The one rounded corner of the snowflake panel and the unique style of the bow add special “interest” to your lovely card.
Thanks for this pretty inspiration!
What a beautiful card! It is unique and inspires me to try something similar.
