Happy Saturday!

If it’s Saturday, then it must be time for another Ribbon Inspiration post!  This week we’re sharing words of comfort.  If you’ve arrived here from Sharon Johnson’s blog, then you’re in the right spot!   I suggest you start back on Sharon Johnson’s blog in order to find out how you can be eligible for today’s blog prize.  It is a mystery blog candy, meaning that the winner can be chosen from any of the blogs involved.

This week, it’s all about Coffee or Tea.   I’m a coffeeaholic.   Just the other day my husband came home with a carton of International Delight’s new Iced Coffee (mocha flavored!).   Now I will be drinking coffee day and night!

I made two fun samples for today.   I used the new Verve set called Better With You.   Sharon has added some spectacular new Coffee/Tea items (including this set!) to her store.   You can view them all ->HERE <-.

Here is my first card…

Doesn’t that have coffee written all over it?  Even has a little coffee ring to prove it !

Here are my details:

Stamps: Verve Better With You clear stamps set, JustRite’s Classic Lace Edges One

Paper: Soft Suede, Cherry Cobbler, Kaisercraft’s Nan’s Favorites

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black and Rich Cocoa, Versamark, Cherry Cobbler

Accessories: White embossing powder, Bronze Rhinestones, dimensionals, sponges

~*~*~

And for my second….

I love my tea, too!   A hot cup of Earl Gray or a glass of iced… either way, yum!

Here are my details:

Stamps:  Verve Better With You

Paper: GP White, Prima Almanac Collection dp (gorgeous, huh?!)

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black

Accessories:  7/8″ Gingham in black/ivory, brown and blush embroidery floss, Prima Almanac Wood buttons, dimensionals, sticky tape

I drink both and not only that DH has relatives in UK (MIL is UK-born) and they always come for tea when they are stateside. These would be so great to use for gifts and cards with them in mind!
