Hi Friends!

Today’s fun and merriment is brought to you by:

and…

If you’ve arrived here from Mary Marsh’s The Charmed Life blog, then you’re in the right spot!  If not, I suggest that you start back on The Twinery blog.   You’re going to want to see it all, because two lucky people who comment on ALL the blogs will be eligible to win one of two prizes.   The Twinery is giving away an Ultimate Color Sampler pack (valued at $25) and Sweet N Sassy Stamps will be giving away a Season of Change stamp set and coordinating die set.. see!!!!

Awesome, huh??  Make sure you follow the entire hop!

Ok, so I got to play with two of my favorite things today…. the amazing sentiment sets from Sweet N Sassy Stamps and the amazing colored twine from The Twinery.  Here’s my result:

First I took my sentiment and opened it in Microsoft Paint (all pc computers have this program!).  I used the tiniest “eraser” to make the sentiment look as if it were broken lines (aka stitching!).  Then I plopped it into a word document and printed it in light blue.  I cut three 5″ strips of each twine color used and tied a double knot about a third of the way from the end.  Finally, I ran some random stitches with a piece of twine from one side of the card to the end of the sentiment.

Here are my details:

Stamps: Sweet N Sassy Stamps’ Sew Many Greetings Digital stamps

Colors: GP White, Summer Sun

Ink: n/a – sentiment is computer generated

Accessories: Lemondrop, Caribbean, Mandarin, Pink Sorbet, Lilac and Peapod Twine, large sewing needle, dimensionals, sticky tape.

~*~*~*~*~

Thanks so much for stopping by and hopping with us today!

Hugs!
