Hi friends!

I have something really cool to share with you today.   But first, let’s talk about ribbon.   I think that most of the crafters I come across absolutely LOVE ribbon.   We buy it in hoards.   I have a ribbon cabinet that my husband made that is just exploding in ribbon…literally.   While the concept was good, the ease of use is so that I never put the spools on the dowels like I should, so it renders the cabinet useless.

A sweet stamping friend of mine, Corinna McGregor, came up with this fabulous Ribbon Carousel.

What I like so much about this concept is that the size is perfect for sitting on your desk and not taking up too much room.   You can swap out the “theme” of your ribbons depending on the season and always have what you need on hand.  Or buy two or three! 🙂

I am not compensated in any way for sharing this with you.   I am just sharing it because it’s phenomenal and Corinna is a good friend.   If you want to order one, you can use discount code DTBFS for free shipping.

I woke up in a stamping mood today, which was shocking.   Lately my mojo has been nojo.   On Monday, Joan threw out the trellis challenge for the Technique Lovers Challenge.     I did that and combined it with today’s Sketch Challenge.

The trellis part was harder than I thought it would be.   Weaving those tiny strips of paper kicked my butt, but I did it and I adore the look.

You can see I made a boo boo or two, though 🙂

Here are my deets:

Stamps:  There She Goes’ Flowers of Happiness, Garden of Friends (sentiment)

Colors: GP White, Bashful Blue

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, copics, white gel pen

Accessories: 1/2 pearls, nesties, swiss dots embossing folder, word window punch, sticky tape, dimensionals, corner rounder punch

Thanks much for stopping by!

Hugs!
