~ On Being Inspired…..~
January 4th, 2011 by Holly McMillen
Hi Friends 🙂
It never ceases to amaze me how just one look at someone else’s card or project or even scrapbook page can start the hamster wheel in my brain running. Â Over the last six years of paper crafting, I’ve made some amazingly talented friends… one of those is Iwona P (Chupa). Â She has such a unique and fresh style. Â I often see her work and marvel at her brilliance.
Yesterday, as I mentioned, the There She Goes blog posted a weekly challenge called “Odd Couples”. Â The idea was to use stamps from different stamp sets that wouldn’t normally go together. Â Well, this is what Iwona came up with:
She used the kitties from There She Goes’ Cattitude set and put them in the bucket from There She Goes’ Buckets of Love. Â Completely *Squee* worthy, don’t you think?!
Want to see more of Iwona’s style?! Â Go check her out at: Random Acts of Creativity
As soon as I saw her card, my wheel started whirring! Â Why are those kitties in a bucket? Â Are they taking a bath? Â No, no… kitties don’t like baths! Â Ah ha! Â I know what’s up:
It’s that darn pup! Â The minute he laid eyes on those kittehs, he knew he would be blamed for everything that happened from here on out! Â His solution…….. give ’em away!

Hee hee Hollly that is so darned cute! Well Done you!!
My daughter would have serious issues with that dog LOL! Think she would reverse the two images as she is a cat lover extraordinaire! Love the colouring and a totally darling mix of sets, Holly. I squealed when I saw Chupa’s too as I knew my daughter would love it.
Too funny, Holly! I love it, what a brilliant match:)
Hope you had a great time this christmas/new year!
Hugs.
Totally adorable sweet Holly!
