Good morning, friends!

Well, if you’ve made it through the last couple of days of Our Craft Lounge blog hops and sneak peeks, I have a little surprise for you!   One lucky hopper is going to win the set I am sneak peeking today!!  Yay!!

If you’ve arrived here from Heather’s blog, then you are well on your way!   If not, you should start back on the Our Craft Lounge bog to get the instructions and details.

Today, I got to play with the new Flower Power set.   I’m in love.   I was born in the early 60s and grew up in the 70s.   This is so me!

For those of you who are too young to remember, here are some fun facts:

The Peace symbol was originally the anti-nuclear emblem, and is one of the most widely known symbols in the world.

The peace sign was designed in 1958 by Gerald Holtom,a professional designer and artist and a graduate of Royal College of Arts.

I just thought I would throw that in there :).

I used the largest scalloped circle nestie to make my card.   Next I used a large circle nestie and cut a piece of vellum.   I embossed that.  Then I made the kiwi kiss frame.   I cut a medium pink passion scalloped circle to frame my peace sign.

Here are my deets:  Our Craft Lounge Flower Power

Colors: GP White, Pink Passion, Kiwi Kiss, vellum

Ink: Versafine Black Onyx, copics

Accessories, candy dots, primas, cirle and scalloped circle nesties, xacto knife, swiss dots embossing folder, dimensionals
