~ A New Life ~

Good morning, Friends!

Although a few flakes are flying this morning, I am optimistic that spring is on it’s way.    With the dawning of spring comes the beginning of wedding season.   I love weddings.   Call me old fashioned, but weddings signal the beginning of a new life.  Yes, I cry.

Today’s Ways to Use It challenge is to use something NEW or if you have nothing new,  make a card/project that indicates the beginning or newness of something.

I managed to include both.   Not only did I use the NEW Make a Wish set from There She Goes, I made my first wedding card of the year.   Now I just need to get invited to a wedding!

The vertical black piece is actually scored diagonally, but that just would not show up in my picture.

Accessories: Ribbon (From Sharon Johnson’s Stamp Simply Ribbon Store), 1/2 pearls (pink and white), scoring blade, photo corner punch, eyelet border punch, dimensionals, scalloped circle punch, circle punch, embossing folder

    Oh Holly…. this is GORGEOUS! Seriously, so elegant and striking… That bow is perfect – do you use a Bow Easy? Those pearls and domes are the perfect accent. WOW! A true stunner!
