~ A Dirty Little Challenge ~
February 20th, 2010 by Holly McMillen
Good morning, friends!
It is a cold cold snowy Saturday here in Colorado. I didn’t want to crawl out from under the blankets this morning! If I didn’t have the urge to stamp, I would still be cuddled there.
This month’s Dirty Dozen/Dirty Dozen Alumni challenge is brought to us by Jeanne S. Her only requirement was that the card make the receiver laugh and no glitter or rhinestones.
At one point in the process of making this card, I had a thought to make a crack in the windshield and put some red (blood) ink spots. I quickly gave up that idea as I thought that may be carrying it just a bit too far! LOL
The windshield and headlights are covered in glossy glaze. I kept the layout pretty simple as I want to mail this to a friend who has a wicked sense of humor.
Here are my deets:
Stamps: There She Goes‘ ROFL Taglines
Colors: PTI White, Real Red, Abbey Road dps
Ink: Versafine Black Onyx, copics
Accessories: ribbon, 1/2 pearls, swiss dots, glossy glaze, dimensionals, EK success border punch

This also fits today’s Inspiration Challenge as I used THIS piece as my inspiration. Thanks for stopping by! Hope you have a blessed day.
Hugs,
Holly
Love the shiny window and headlights. Great layout and colour combo too. Snow, huh….we continue to melt our snow away with temps around 56F. Makes for interesting Olympic events…
This card is fantastic! Love the colors and details…glad you kept the windshield in tact! LOL!
Awesome card, Holly! LOVE the car and dimension you gave the windshield and headlights! It’s probably better you left out the blood! The sentiment is so funny!
BWAHAHAHAH! This card is hilarious!! Love all the glossy accents and the layout is phenominal! Thanks for the chuckle 😉
LOL Holly…this did make me laugh…I am glad you did not go with the cracked windshield…I just ordered some of the new AI stamps…cannot wait to ink them up!! Miss you!!
This is fabulous!!
Oh my gosh, that’s funny!! Love all the glossy accents.
