~ In My Mind’s Eye~

Good morning and Happy Sunday to you all…..

I started this post last night after I did my Featured Stamper card.   Somehow, I fell asleep during typing (as my secretary had already gone to bed!), and woke up this morning with the laptop sitting in my lap and only a few incoherent sentences on my screen.   I had to laugh at what I had typed.    I must have been dream typing.  ha!

Anywho, today I bring you a couple of Our Daily Bread Designs cards.   This first one is a RAK sent to me from Angella Crockett.   If you are not familiar with Angella’s work, wow, you should check her out over at her gallery.     This girl is a serious talent.

Isn’t this GORGEOUS?   I love to just run my fingers over the top and feel all the texture and layers.

For today’s featured stamper (sgtStampers), I chose this card.

I changed up the colors, the shape of the ‘window’, the image, left off the brads and added tiny rhinestones instead.

I also added an acetate window to present a sentiment.   I really love how this came out.   Especially since I did it in the middle of the night when my arm was killing me and I couldn’t sleep! LOL
