~~ At The Hop ~~

Oh yeah!  We are HOPPIN again…  MFT style 🙂

My Favorite Things is celebrating the release of the new  BC Dzyn’s Heartbreaker set and the Paper Doll Sayings set!

If you’ve been hopping along, you came to me from StampOwl’s (Frances) blog….. so let’s get started…. there is lots to see and little *suprises* along the way!

First up!    ~  Silly Little Bear ~

I gotta tell you… I have used the HECK out of Isabelle’s Paper Doll set already.    I have made sets for my young neighbor girls, Hailey and Lelia, and a set for my cousin’s daughter, Beilynn.    I purchased some magnetic paper from Office Depot.   I stamped the images on the magnetic paper, cut them out and put them in little metal tins from Hobby Lobby.

Now, we have the Paper Doll Sayings set!  Woot Woot!   These three little girls that I spoke of are going to be receiving their own sets of cards to go along with their paper doll sets 🙂

Kim recently sent the members of the design team some SHIMMERZ to use on our cards/projects.   I have to tell you, I am in LOVE!   I used some Marigold shimmerz on this litte sweetie’s angel wings.    I apologize for it not showing well in the pic… I am working on a new “lighting system” for my studio.   You gotta know, they just shine!

Who doesn’t love a little mermaid?!    With wintergreen and celery Shimmerz on her tail and hair, this little beauty shines!    It was funny… when I was making this, I couldn’t decide what color to make her hair.. then my DH wandered in and I asked him if she should be a redhead, a blonde or a brunette.   He said, No! …her hair should be green!   I thought he was nuts at first, but I went ahead and did it and I gotta say… Way to go hubby!   I love her green hair!   And what little mermaid would be complete without a little belly button bling!?

    This the first time I have done the blog hop and it’s really cool to see all the great projects all you ladies have created! I just got an order from Kim just recently, although I haven’t had time to play with them yet. But I really like these paper dolls and now the sayings and the heartbreaker set too. hummm……, may need to go right on back to MFT and get all 3 sets! lol Thanks for the opportunity to win, I’d love to have them.
