Good morning, ya’ll!
I realize I have not updated in a couple of days, and I was gone for a bit before that, but I want you all to know… I’m baaaaack! I spent a couple of days over Christmas time getting my health in check and it was a good thing. I am sleeping much better now and I feel I am on the way to being human again. Praise God!
First, let’s talk about shopping. I do NOT like to shop. I would rather have a tooth pulled. I know, I know… how unladylike of me. The problem is, I have a strong “want” gene and a small budget. I was in Hobby Lobby yesterday picking up some adhesive and I could not pull myself away from the nesties display. I wanted to buy at least 5 of the sets! Common sense finally prevailed and I walked away, but not without shedding a tear! 🙂
Ok, so today we have a sketch challenge on SCS. Cool sketch, but at 5am, I was not feeling overly creative. I wanted to flip it, but wasn’t quite sure why, so I left it alone and used my new LOL Taglines (sneak peek here!) set from There She Goes. Wait til you get a look at the cool graphics and awesome sayings in this set! It really is a LOL set!

Love the sentiment on your first card!! Got a good laugh out of it – thanks 🙂 Can relate the the champagne taste and water budget issues! Still don’t have nesties for that exact reason. Good thing for birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries and Mother’s Day LOL!
Glad to hear health in in check and you’re sleeping better too! I’ve been the only healthy one in our family for 10 days now – nausea and the runs hit everyone else. Lucky me got to shovel over two feet of snow off the driveway over that ten day period as I was the only one healthy enough to do so — upside was I got some good exercise and actually lost a few pounds 🙂 I was beginning to think we lived in another province!! Believe it or not, Victoria, BC had more snow than the North Pole did! It will definitlely be a Christmas to remember as we very rarely get a white Christmas, never mind 2 feet of snow!! Don’t think too many people will be complaining about the rain we usually get around here any more LOL. Blessings.
