~A Time to Remember~

Tonight I am taking a moment to reminisce about my time with the Dirty Dozen.   It has been one year since the end of my term and I truly miss the excitement of the time I had to share with 11 awesome stampers.

Here is a look back at a few of my projects, done during my time on the team:

These are just a few of the many projects/cards I worked on during my time on the design team.    I get a little melancholy around the holidays and like to think about times past.   But I also look forward to making new memories.

Wild Rose for You is my all time favorite as it was made for my mother (who’s middle name was Rose).   Do you have a favorite?

Thanks for taking this walk down memory lane with me!

Have a blessed evening!

I’m a bit behind in my blog surfing. My DH is keeping me waaaaay too busy working for him. My day is non-stop with kids before and after school plus working for him during school and sometimes after the kids are in bed. Busy time for him, which is good, as he started his own bus. 6 years ago and things are finally humming along. Hopefully I ‘ll get a bit of a break soon!!

Anyway, I just loved seeing your creations for the DD when you were on the team. Your creativity never ceases to amaze me. Still hoping for a few of your creative genes for Christmas. Must have been a bit naughty last year as they never arrived LOL.

I love the Wild Rose for You! The way you wove the white ribbon is wonderful. Truly amazing card. My all time fave is the Old Rugged Cross. I remember first seeing it and I was brought to tears as I thought of Christ’s sacrificial death for mankind’s (me!) freedom from eternal death and the opportunity He provided for eternal life. The nails so brilliantly depicted the pain He endured and I was overwhelmed and grateful for the depth of His love. Even teary eyed as I write this now. Thanks for the trip down memory lane 🙂
